The design, by award-winning Victoria-based illustrator Douglas Fraser, features an airplane flying over a stylized “V” graphic, complete with Vancouver scenery and a blue and orange color scheme. It is meant to represent “contemporary urban living set in a crown of snow capped mountains, driftwood and steel, high rise condos and quaint neighbourhoods.”
